CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is submitted, we will try to accommodate any changes with two (2) weeks of order pick-up. You may cancel the order anytime. There are no refunds on any cancelations; however, 50% of the balance you’ve paid may be used towards a future purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The client agrees that even though the client may select the theme, the colors, or even the shapes, all creative decisions are at the sole discretion of the decorator. While inspiration photos may be shared, they will be only used as references.

We work diligently to create the items to meet your needs and requests. We understand that it is not going to be always 100% satisfaction as expectations can vary from person to person. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied despite our efforts, unfortunately, we will not issue a refund.

ITEM CARE
Once items are in your care, they are your responsibility. Baked goods should be stored and transported in cool, dark spaces, away from the sun. Do not store your cookies in the sun or fridge. If you are not sure how to store your treats, please ask.

ALLERGIES
While we can avoid certain ingredients upon request, our cookies are prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.

PHOTOS
The decorator reserves the rights to photograph and use the images of cookies for marketing and social media purposes.

By paying for the order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
